Weekly Bell Tests

Our trained Bell testers visit hundreds of properties each week carrying out the weekly bell test to ensure that fire systems are operating correctly and that the records are maintained to ensure that your property complies with the Regulatory Reform Order. Our Testers complete on site log books confirming the testing has been completed and report back immediately if any failure of the system has occurred so that the management team can alert the client and raise an emergency call out to ensure the system is made fully functional as soon as possible. Manual Break Glass Call Points are activated in rotation on a weekly basis and audibility within the area and function are recorded to ensure compliance. Our Testers have the knowledge and provisions to test all fire systems installed within the UK.

Fire and Security Consultancy ltd also undertake vacant property checks to ensure that the basic functions are safe and operational within the building, there is no damage and site security is maintained.

We also undertake Fire Drills and create Fire Evacuation Plans for properties to ensure staff understand the evacuation procedures and evacuate the premises quickly and safely.
